The manager will take care of you for sure! Had a unique spoon situation (nobody's fault) and the manager investigated until he found the issue. He was so nice, professional and apologetic that I really felt he cared for our concern. The food was delicious especially the Argentinian Skirt Steak (very tender, juicy and tasty) and the spinach and bacon cream soup. The service was amazing too. Definitely coming back to try other menu options since it was my first time there.

Still on the road and another recommendation. Super busy when I arrived but seated promptly. Ava was my server and was amazing, especially seeing how busy she was. I had the wedge salad and skirt steak. Wedge salad was very good and the skirt steak was nicely done. Super tender and juicy.

We had a reservation for 18 ladies on Sunday at 4:45 pm. Seated immediately, our efficient server came for drink orders as we were seated. The hardest part was deciding what to have… so many great choices. Food was really good, many different items were ordered. Despite the number, we were served at the same time. All were satisfied and we left happy!! Each of us was given separate checks.. amazing!!!….so helpful for our large group. Definitely 1 of the best in the area. We’ll return soon!!!

I have been coming to Joliet for years since moving and didn't know this place existed. Great food and if you go ask for Eva the waitress whose customer service was beyond great.

Excellent comfort food. Meatloaf with corn cakes are fantastic! Seriously, order it now, thank me later. Wife had the Grecian chicken with feta and roasted vegetables. She loved it!

We had a very nice meal here last week. Very extensive menu, service was excellent. I would definitely go back and try other dishes. I had the stubby sandwich, pastrami with purple kraut, it was tasty. My wife had the raspberry chicken wrap, she enjoyed it.

We dined in on a fairly busy Saturday. The wait for service and food was minimal. The burgers were FANTASTIC! Megan was a cheerful and excellent server. We didn't get the hostess's name but she accommodated our annoying table request. Great job everyone!!

Our family came to Metro Grill today following graduation at the University of St Francis. Our server was Brian and he was amazing. We loved his personality and service. The food was amazing. I had the Sayanaki and Cauliflower tacos. I will have to return to Joliet just to eat at Metro Grill. Bravo!!!!!

Delicious food and great service! The Rancher’s Reuben was tasty and the staff were on top of our needs and ensured that we had a good experience. I am staying in the area for a month, and I will definitely be back!
